Dalian: A Chinese ship sank off South Korea yesterday after it collided with a Greek vessel. All crew were rescued. The 1,100 dwt Harmony Rise, built in 1991, collided with the 70,000 dwt Panamax Blessing bulker six miles off the Korean peninsula.

All 12 Chinese crewmembers were saved by the Greek ship operated by Athens-based Cyprus Sea Lines. Harmony Rise was managed by Dalian’s Harmony Growing Ship Management.  [11/07/13]
